that's a sweet bumper man, good job on it.

the only crappy wheels i buy for my angle grinder are the sanding ones. for cutoff and grinding i buy dewalts from lowes or home depot. never had one bust on me and i'd had my grinder for 8 years

nice bumper man. i wish my welds looked that good lol im not the best with a arc. what kind of winch is that? i wanna see some more pics of the 240sx ive always wanted one of them

Super sweet bumper, and speaking of 240sx, my friend is putting a 5.0 in one right now.......its gunna rip

finally got it almost done, ends are capped! :fing26:

Bumper looks really nice, well built! I just have 1 question and 1 criticism. Does the truck have air bags (I would assume yes since 94). You have a bracket welded across the convolusions in your front frame rails, this series of convolusions and diamond shaped holes are what is called a crumple zone. Crumple zones are designed to react in a certain way in a collision to absorb energy and not transfer energy. They are part of the energy management system and also effect airbag timing. If it is not an off road only rig you open yourself up for some liability issues if anyone "ever" gets hurt in that truck. The liability falls back on the person that modified the energy management system. Not trying to be a kill joy, just wanted to share some information that most probably do not know.
